DUCTTECH operates two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically located to serve customers across India.
Our Dadri (NCR) manufacturing facility spans 4,000 sq.m., while our Hyderabad manufacturing facility covers an expansive 28,000 sq.m. Together, these modern plants are equipped with advanced automated machinery, precision fabrication lines, and stringent quality control systems to ensure superior product consistency and performance.
With a combined annual production capacity of 1.2 million sq.m. of HVAC ducting, DUCTTECH is well-positioned to execute projects of every scale—from commercial buildings and hospitals to industrial facilities, airports, data centers, and large infrastructure developments.
Backed by skilled engineers, experienced technicians, and a commitment to international quality standards, DUCTTECH delivers high-performance, precision-engineered HVAC ducting solutions with reliability, timely delivery, and uncompromising quality across India.
DUCTTECH's manufacturing facilities are equipped with advanced CNC and automated fabrication machinery to ensure high precision, consistent quality, and high-volume production. Our modern setup enables us to produce premium HVAC ducting systems in accordance with international standards while meeting demanding project schedules.
An automated system designed to decoil, straighten,
bead, notch, and shear sheet metal into blanks for ductwork.
It significantly increases production speed and reduces material waste.
A computer-controlled cutting system that uses a
high-velocity jet of ionized gas (plasma) to cut intricate shapes,
patterns, and holes into sheet metal with high precision and speed.
A roll-forming machine used to create the "Pittsburgh lock" joint,
which is the standard seam used to connect the sides of a
rectangular duct section.
A roll-forming machine that forms integral flanges on
the ends of duct sections, allowing them to be connected
together securely without needing separate slip-on flanges.
A machine used to bend sheet metal blanks at precise
angles to form the final duct shape, often replacing or supplementing
traditional manual press brakes.
Spiral Duct Forming Machine is a high-speed, automated line that takes sheet-metal strip from a coil and helically winds it into a round spiral duct with a continuously locked seam. The spiral winding geometry gives the duct exceptional hoop strength, allowing it to withstand both positive and negative operating pressures without the need for additional stiffening rings. The machine is capable of producing spiral ducts across a wide range of diameters in long, continuous lengths, which minimises the number of joints required in an installation and contributes to lower leakage rates and cleaner airflow performance.
Changes in duct direction are handled by fittings fabricated on our dedicated Elbow Making Machine. The machine produces mitered and radius elbows across the standard angular ranges — 90°, 60°, 45°, and 30° — in both rectangular and round duct profiles. Precise elbow geometry is critical because poorly formed elbows create turbulence, increase system resistance, and generate noise. Our machine-fabricated elbows match the duct dimensions they connect to, producing smooth transitions that preserve airflow efficiency and reduce system pressure drops.
For joining thin-gauge sheet-metal components where a clean, fastener-free finish is required, our Spot Welding Machine uses electric resistance welding to fuse metal at precise, localised points. Brackets, stiffeners, reinforcing patches, and access panel frames are spot-welded in a fraction of the time that conventional arc welding would require, with no filler material, no distortion from heat input, and no surface irregularities that would complicate subsequent coating or assembly. The result is strong, clean joints that are indistinguishable from the parent material in finished ductwork.
Where permanent, vibration-resistant mechanical fastening is required, our Pneumatic and Hydraulic Riveting Machines install blind rivets into duct joints, flanges, and accessories with consistent pull force and uniform head formation. Riveted connections are particularly valued in applications subject to vibration — such as ducts serving plant rooms or mechanical equipment — where screw or clip fasteners can work loose over time. Our riveting machines are available in multiple configurations to handle both standard and large-diameter rivets across the gauge ranges used in HVAC ductwork.
For duct sections assembled using grooved seam connections, our Grooving Machine creates precise longitudinal grooves along the edges of duct panels. These grooves accept a snap-on drive cleat or standing-seam closer, producing a fast, secure joint that is widely used in both factory and field assembly. The machine's roller geometry ensures a consistent groove profile across the full length of each panel, which is essential for the seam closer to engage properly and for the joint to remain airtight throughout its service life.
Our Roll Forming Machine continuously processes flat sheet-metal strip through a series of progressive forming rolls to produce standard structural profiles — angles, channels, Z-sections, hat sections, and more — used in duct support systems, stiffeners, and framing. Unlike press-brake bending, roll forming produces profiles of unlimited length in a single, continuous pass, making it highly efficient for generating the large volumes of support steelwork required on commercial and industrial HVAC projects
Structural rigidity in sheet-metal duct panels is achieved not just through material gauge but through the strategic application of reinforcing beads and ribs. Our Beading Machine presses a series of parallel ribs into flat duct panels, dramatically increasing their resistance to buckling and pressure deformation without adding extra material or weight. Beaded panels are especially important for larger duct sizes where panel spans are long and pressure loads are high — a beaded panel can maintain its flat profile under operating pressures that would cause an unbeaded panel of the same gauge to drum or distort.
A centralized, high-capacity Air Compressor System provides clean, dry compressed air throughout both manufacturing facilities, supplying the pneumatic tools, riveting machines, plasma cutting systems, and automated assembly equipment that depend on a consistent, reliable air supply. The system is designed with sufficient reserve capacity to sustain peak production demand without pressure drop, and incorporates filtration and drying equipment to protect sensitive pneumatic tools and automated equipment from moisture and contamination.
Ovalizer Machine is a high-performance HVAC duct processing machine designed to convert round spiral ducts into flat oval ducts with precision and efficiency. It produces smooth, accurate oval shapes while maintaining excellent airflow characteristics and saving installation space. Built with a robust structure and easy-to-use controls, the machine is ideal for HVAC duct manufacturers, ventilation contractors, and industrial air distribution applications, ensuring high productivity and consistent duct quality.
From concept to completion, we deliver high-quality HVAC ducting solutions tailored to your project requirements.
